[From order to shipment]

It takes about 15 workingdays for sample making lead time , this time already included the shipping delivery time .

After sample approved , we will take 15-25workdays for mass production after we got the deposit and 28-35workdays for shipping by sea . In addition, if the scheduled shipping date of the product is a holiday, we will process it as shipping on the next working day. (*Please refer to the following for information on working days.)

It may not be possible to specify the product delivery time depending on the size and weight of the ordered product and the delivery area. Thank you for your understanding.

[About changing the delivery address]

As a general rule, we cannot change the delivery address after the  product has been shipped. If you wish to exchange a product due to a shipping error or damage due to an accident during delivery, please check it if any damage before you sign it .at the same time , take some photoes to be evidence and contact us in 24hours , we will claim a compesation to shipping company .
