You may request a return of the Faushun product, within 7 days of the delivery of the Faushun product, provided that it is unused and unopened.

However, if the delivered Faushun product has an initial defect or is damaged during delivery, we will request a return of the Faushun product within 7 days from the date of purchase, regardless of whether it has been opened or used.

Products that cannot be returned

  • Products that have been opened and used, except in the case of initial defects such as malfunctions caused by our company
  • Products that have been custom configured or branded to product specifications
  • Products purchased outside of Faushun's official online store
  • Customized products
  • Other items specified by the Company

 

Please note that we may refuse the return or charge you a 30% restocking fee if you return any item that is not acceptable for return as described above.

In order to return any Faushun product, you must obtain our Return Authorization. Please note that we cannot accept returns without prior approval.

  1. Please prove that you purchased the product directly from the Faushun official online store (order number, etc.).
  2. Please contact our customer service: Info@faushun.com regarding return requests .
  3. Once we accept the return, we will contact you with information about the return. Within 7 days from the date of contact, the customer will bear the shipping fee, and send the relevant product all to the address specified by us. However, in the case of a return due to an initial defect such as a failure caused by our company, the shipping fee will be borne by our company.
  4. If the product is not shipped within the period, or if all the components of the delivery are not returned, the condition of the returned product will not meet the criteria set by the company, regardless of the reason for which the company is responsible. If the conditions are not met, the acceptance of the return will be retroactively invalidated. In this case, we will resend the product that has already been returned to you, but you will be responsible for the cost of resending it.

Refunds for returned items will be made using the same method of payment as that used at the time of purchase, excluding shipping costs. If you paid by credit card, the refund will be credited to the registered credit card after receiving the product. Depending on the closing date of your credit card and the content of your contract, the refund may be made the following day or later after the credit card has been debited once. In addition, if we are unable to contact the customer's contact information registered at the time of ordering,or if the customer does not provide the information necessary for the refund, or if for any other reason not attributable to our company, we will not be able to process the refund. In the case of payment in installments, the customer must cancel the contract with the loan company.
